I am an architectural enthusiast with a background in historic preservation & home restoration. I have a proven marketing plan for these distinctive homes & have sold them for up to 15% higher prices than other agents in the area.
I have owned and renovated 7 historic properties, so I understand old home construction, building materials and potential challenges. The oldest was a 1908 Craftsman Bungalow in Los Angeles that was featured in Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman magazine, written up in American Bungalow magazine and highlighted on Curbed LA when we sold it. The youngest was a Mid-Century Modern ranch in the Mountain Park neighborhood of El Paso, TX, nestled in the high desert mountains along the US/Mexico border. I currently live in an architect-designed MCM ranch in Fox Point, WI that was featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine.
